114年衛生福利部「臺灣國際醫療衛生人員訓練中心計畫」(TIHTC)接待來自全球各地的醫療專業人士,提供專業培訓及深度交流:
In 2025 The Ministry of Health and Welfare's Taiwan International Healthcare Training Center Program (TIHTC) continues to build global health partnerships by hosting medical professionals from around the world, offering specialized training and fostering in-depth exchanges.
臨床觀摩與見習
包含來自菲律賓、越南、泰國、印度、蒙古、馬來西亞及西班牙等7國,共16位專科醫師,參與為期半個月至一年的臨床觀摩與見習。依其背景與學習計畫,透過與國內9家醫院的合作,觀摩見習涵蓋皮膚病理科、胸腔內外科、眼科、外科、復健科與心臟內科等,訓練內容則包括心肺復健、肝臟移植、葉克膜及達文西手術等。
Clinical Observation and Training
TIHTC welcomed 16 specialist physicians from seven countries — the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Mongolia, Malaysia, and Spain — for clinical observation programs ranging from two weeks to one year. In collaboration with nine hospitals across Taiwan, participants engaged in diverse specialties including dermatopathology, thoracic medicine and surgery, ophthalmology, general surgery, rehabilitation, and cardiology. Training highlights included cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, liver transplantation, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), and Da Vinci robotic surgery.
醫務管理與創新培訓
114年2月17日至21日TIHTC 與泰國瑪希敦大學合作舉辦「醫務管理與創新培訓課程」。共有來自索馬利亞、孟加拉、泰國、印尼及菲律賓等7位博士生參與,課程內容豐富多元,涵蓋臺灣醫療體系、轉診制度、智慧醫療與長照政策,並安排參訪了新莊衛生所、日照中心及婦幼診所,學員們對臺灣的智慧醫療與高齡照護留下深刻印象。
Medical Management and Innovation Training
From February 17 to 21, 2025, TIHTC partnered with Mahidol University of Thailand to host a Medical Management and Innovation Training Course. Seven doctoral students from Somalia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines participated. The program covered Taiwan's healthcare system, referral mechanisms, smart healthcare, and long-term care policies. Participants also visited XinZhuang Health Center, a day-care center, and a maternal and child clinic, leaving with strong impressions of Taiwan's advancements in smart healthcare and elderly care.
藥事領域交流
114年5月5日至8日,印尼藥劑師協會率領26位藥師來臺交流。此次交流主題為藥事服務與智慧科技應用,並安排醫院實地參訪。印尼藥師們對於臺灣醫療機構的智慧藥局與藥庫管理讚譽有加,並表示收穫豐富。
Pharmaceutical Exchange
From May 5 to 8, 2025, the Indonesian Pharmacists Association led a delegation of 26 pharmacists to Taiwan for an exchange program focused on pharmaceutical services and smart technology applications. The program included hospital visits, where participants praised Taiwan's smart pharmacy systems and inventory management, noting the valuable insights gained from the experience.
