中醫舌診標準化之研究(3-3)-特定疾病舌色資料庫之建立 張恆鴻財團法人長 |

| 本計劃之目的，在於建立中醫診斷學中舌診的客觀指標，藉由舌診儀來探討平常人及數種常見疾病的舌色表現，並且利用中醫診察記錄來了解中醫證型與舌色之間的關係，以達到舌診客觀化的目的。舌診是中醫重要的診斷依據，不論是外感內傷等疾病，常須藉以處方用藥，但以往的辨證過程常依賴主觀判斷，缺乏儀器的客觀輔佐。本計劃擬以電腦化的舌象診察系統來對舌診進行定性、定量的分析，建立舌象量化數據資料庫，以歸納出舌診的性質與特徵，訂定判讀標準。舌診的檢查主要觀察舌質和舌苔的變化。在舌質方面，除延續前兩年，進行有關舌色特徵及特定疾病的研究，進行臨床舌診影像的蒐集與判讀外。今年並將完成特定疾病資料庫的建立，及建構現代化的舌診教學系統。 | |

| The goal of this proposal is to establish an objective guideline for tongue diagnosis, In doing so, digitilised equipments were used to study the difference of the tongue color in Patients who suffers from some common disease and people without an illness. As well as using TCM diagnostic records, the relationship between the differenation of syndrome and the tongue color can be understood, through the achievement of an objective diagnostic method. Tongue diagnosis plays an important role in TCM diagnosis, whether it is an exterior, interior or other miscellaneous disease, a proper diagnosis is necessary to prescribe herbs correctly. However, past diagnosis methods often relied on the subjective view of the practitioner and lacked an objective technological support.
