桑白皮指標成分之製備研究

桑白皮為Morus alba 除去栓皮之根皮部，為利尿鎮咳藥。Morus屬之種類相當多，且現所使用之Morus alba 皆為栽培種，因此因不同種或栽培種，他們之成分在量及種類有產生甚大的變異。因此指標成分之建立可提供中藥品質管制，提供有預期療效的藥材。

中藥成分藥理在文獻上已有許多報告，但桑白皮的部份成分其藥理活性尚無報告，因此成分藥理活性之確定，可提供適當的指標成分，使中藥在臨床使用上可發揮應有之療效。

將購得之桑白皮以n-Hexane 抽取，n-Hexane 不溶物以Benzene 抽取，則於Benzene 抽出部分經 Column Chromatography 及 Preparative TLC 將可得Morusin 等極性較弱之 Prenylflavonoids 及Triterpenoids，不溶於Benzene 部份再以Ethylacetate 抽取，由Ethylacetate 可溶部亦經 Column Chromatography 及Preparativee TLC 將可得極性較大之Prenylflavonoids 及 2-arylbenzofuran 衍生物。

桑白皮之成分相當複雜，而且部分成分相當不安定，因此可預期分離證明一些野生種及栽培種之主要成分，morusin，cyclomorusin，kuwanon G，及sanggenons A-D當指標成分，建立指標成分之HPLC分析條件並利用指標成分之HPLC條件，尋求以HPLC分析方法快速定性或定量crude extract之指標成分，提供廠商做品管之用。

Studies on the preparation of marked constituents of Mori Radicis Cortex

Mori Radicis Cortex derived form Morus alba used as expectorant. Because there are several species of Morus plants used in the medical practice, it need to identified the marked constituents for quality and quantity control of this crude drug.

There are many reports about the pharmacological activity of constituents of crude drugs but the pharmacological activity of some constituents of Mori Radicis Cortex did not appear in the literature. The phamacological study of constituents of crude drugs may be helpful for dtermination of marked constituents of crude drugs.

The insoluble fraction of n-hexane extract of Mori Radicis Cortex will extract with benzene. The benzene extracts will separate with column charomatography and prepareative TLC. Eluted with appropriate solvent yielded prenylflavonoids and triterpenoid. The benzene insoluble fraction will further extract with EtOAc.
