中子活化分析法及超微量分析技術檢驗中藥微量重金屬(4-2)

建立中藥材內微量重金屬元素，如As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb及Zn等之檢測數據，以及不同產地之重金屬差異，對未來從事國內中藥檢驗與管制非常有助益。故本計畫擬利用中子活化分析及ICP等方法，針對25種常用中草藥材，進行微量元素之分析與量測，同時每種中藥測定五處不同產地之樣本。總經費900仟元，研究人力4人/年。

Analysis of Trace Heavy Metals in Chinese Medicines(4-2)

Trace elements like As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn in Chinese medicines will be determined by Neutron Activation Analysis and Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometry. 25 Chinese medicines are chosen for this project and each of them are collected from five different production areas. Trace elements content in different Chinese medicines and different area will be discussed in this project.
