中醫舌診輔助儀器之環境評估與臨床驗證

近年來，國內許多研究單位均致力於中醫診斷現代化的研究，藉由開發中醫輔助診斷儀器，努力地將先人的智慧保存下來，提供臨床診斷上客觀的參考依據，相信這些努力將為中醫診斷科學化帶來十分正面的意義。但是就中醫舌診輔助儀器而言，有許多標準化的問題需要提出來討論，也就是從儀器開發至臨床應用的過程所會面臨到的一些問題，例如儀器信度的評估，儀器之診斷基準問題，臨床診斷疾病靈敏度與效度的探討，以及醫師們之間診斷一致性等問題。本研究不僅提出一套不靈敏度分析公式來對中醫舌診輔助儀器系統之光源環境作評估及校正工作，且對儀器本身的信度及效度作驗證，建立一套舌診儀器驗證的標準程序，另外我們還將提出如何將醫師診斷結果（定性）與儀器分析結果（定性與定量）作評估。本研究所獲得之結果提供了如何檢測中醫舌診輔助系統在臨床實用上的評估方式，期能為中醫診斷科學化帶來些許貢獻。

The environmental evaluation and clinical validation for computerized tongue diagnosis system

The tongue has been looked at in the hope of diagnosing health and disease in western civilization. In Chinese medicine, people seeking health care expect their tongue to be routinely examined. However, the clinical competence of tongue diagnosis was determined by the experience and knowledge of the physicians adopted the tongue diagnosis. On the other hand, the environmental factors such as the difference of light source and the brightness had great influence to the doctors in making good diagnostic results through tongue. Moreover, most of the precious experiences in traditional tongue diagnosis could not be retained scientifically and quantitatively. Therefore, an objective diagnostic standard must be built for tongue diagnosis. The impetus of this research is to provide a systematic and quantitative method for system validation of the modernized tongue diagnosis system in order to lowering the diagnostic discrepancy of machines.
