中藥材微量有機氯農藥之超臨界流體檢驗方法之研究

本研究計擬結合超臨界流體萃取技術之較佳萃取效率及氣相層析儀附電子捕捉器(GC/ECD)之低偵測極限的優點,完成下列三目的:
1.引進並發展超臨界二氣化碳流體萃取及線上淨化技術,以簡化前處理步驟、縮短萃取時間及減少有機溶劑用量。輔以氣相層析儀附電子捕捉器定量技術,能快速、簡易、可靠的例行分析中藥材微量有機氯農藥之殘留量的檢驗方法。 
2.利用上述檢驗方法分析市售之常用中藥材,如甘草、茯苓、白芍、白朮、黃芩、紅蔘、川芎、澤瀉等數十五種單方中藥,及五種複方科學中藥製劑,如加味逍遙散、鼻療等中之(α、β、γ、δ)-BHC、Heptachlor、Aldrin、Heptachlor epoxide、Endosulfan I、Endosulfan II、p,p- DDD、 p,p-DDE、p,p-DDT、Dieldrin、Endrin、Endrin aldehyde、Endosulfan sulfate等十六種長效性有機氯農孳之殘留量。 
3.參加國內研討會,推廣所建立之綠色化學分析技術和品保/品管系統,協助培中藥材中微量有機氯農藥檢驗人才。

Supercritical Fluid Analysis of Trace Organochlorine Pesticides in Chinese Herbs

This project plans to combine the advantages of high extraction efficiency and low detection limit in supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) technology and gas chromatography / electron capture detection (GC/ECD), respectively, to acco mplish the following three goals:


1.Introduce and develop supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and on-line clean-up techniques, to simplify pretreatment process, shorten extraction time, and reduce the use of organic solvents. In conjunction with the GC/ECD quantitation technique to deve lop a fast, simple, and reliable method which can be used to routinely analyze trace organochlorine pesticides in Chinese herbs. 
2.Use the above method to analyze the contents of (α、β、γ、δ)-BHC、Heptachlor、Aldrin、Heptachlor epoxide、Endosulfan I、Endosulfan II、p,p-DDD、 p,p-DDE、p,p-DDT、Dieldrin、Endrin、Endrin aldehyde、Endosulfan sulfate in 15 Chinese herbs includ ing Glycyrrhizae radix、Poria、Paeonian radix、Atractylodi srhizoma、Scutellariae radix、G
