麻杏石甘湯及其增減方對過敏原激發無麻醉天竺鼠立即性與遲發性反應呼吸道阻力與發炎細胞之影響

中醫古典醫籍中,對於氣喘之病機、症狀早已有詳細記載,並累積了豐富的臨床經驗,近年來有關氣喘中醫治療文獻,大部份著重於臨床療效評估,利用氣喘動物模式,了解氣喘治療方劑對氣喘動物呼吸道阻力與呼吸道發炎細胞之影響,進而探討這些常用治療氣喘方劑之治病機轉,則較少發表。
我們利用卵白蛋白誘發天竺鼠已成功的建立氣喘動物模式,並評估麻杏石甘湯對卵白蛋白激發非麻醉性致敏氣喘天竺鼠立即性與遲發性反應呼吸道阻力與發炎細胞影響時,發現麻杏石甘湯治療氣喘確實有其功效,其可緩解氣喘天竺鼠立即反應期之呼吸道阻力,並有降低呼吸道炎症作用及在氣喘立即性反應期有抑制肺組織中細支氣管壁周圍多形核白血球浸潤的作用(1),為了要進一步探討麻杏石甘湯治療氣喘之主要藥物組成,本研究擬利用天竺鼠氣喘模式,以麻杏石甘湯各減方比較治療後其療效、呼吸道阻力與炎症細胞之改變,期能了解麻杏甘石湯治療氣喘各個藥物的作用及其所擔任的角色。

The effect of modifying Ma-Xing-Shi-Gan Tang on early and late phase bronchoconstriction and airway leukocyte infiltration after allergen challenge of nonanesthetized Guinea Pigs
There were many detail records about the mechanism、clinical symptoms and treatment of bronchial asthma in traditional Chinese medical books. Recent years, the most papers of Chinese medical treatment in bronchial asthma emphasized largely in clinical evaluation. There were few reports utilizing asthma animal model to study the mechanism of Chinese medical formula in bronchial asthma through understanding Chinese medical formula affect the change of respiratory resistance and inflammatory cell of respiratory tract of asthmatic animal. In this research, we use ovalumin to induce Ginea Pig to establish asthmatic animal model, and we evaluate the change of respiratory resistance and inflammatory cell of respiratory tract of sensitized Ginea Pig before and after modifying Ma-Xing-Shi-Gan-Tang treatment by body-plethysmography、bronchoalveolar lavage and bronchial pathology to understand the effect of modifying Ma-Xing-Shi-Gan-Tang on respiratory resistance、respiratory tract inflammation a
