黃耆指標成分之製備

從生藥黃耆中，分離及純化指標成份 7,3-dihydroxy-4-methoxyisoflavone 和 7,3-dihydroxy-4-methoxyisoflavone 7-0-β-glucoside。實驗過程是以甲醇為萃取液，將指標成分抽取出來。待蒸除萃取液後，以液相柱層層析管柱、裝填矽膠，以適當溶劑（甲醇／氯仿）為流動相，將指標成份先行允予粗分出來。然後再用中壓液相柱層層析法，對指標成份進行精分；必要時使用HPLC或再結晶等方法、對其進行純化。預定分得上述兩種純指標成份各5公克以上，並完全提供衛生署藥檢局使用。

Preparation of the Principles of Astragali radix

The project is to isolated the standard compounds 7,3- dihydroxy-4-methoxyisoflavone and 7,3-dihydroxy-4-methoxyisoflavone 7-0-β-glucoside from the Chinese medicinal plant Astragali radix. The desired compounds are extracted with MeOH. After removal of the extract solvent, the extract are applied on silica gel column chromatography with MeOH/chloroform as eluent to give the crude desired products. These compounds are rechromatographed by medium pressure column chromatography (MPLC) and, if necessarily, then can be further purified by HPLC or recrystallization methods. The above two flavonoids (5 grams each) will be submitted to Government.
