建置中醫臨床教學技能教室─設計臨床技能教學模式 (2-1)

建置中醫臨床技能教室的目的，在於促使醫生照顧病人時應具備標準臨床技術、態度及行為。實施方法依序為第一，完成中醫各科臨床技能教室空間的設計，並規劃建構完成時間。完善中醫各科臨床技能教室所需的硬體設施與教材設備。第二，成立中醫各科臨床技能教學小組，完成組織架構，明確小組的責任與發展目標。第三，建構教案模式，進行臨床技能操作手冊的編寫；影音教學的編輯；示範教學的設計；實際操作的練習；測驗評價的模式。第四，架設中醫各科技能教室學習網頁。技能教室強調臨床知識與技能的結合，重視教學、學習與評量三合一的整體組合，以促進中醫各科專業技巧與臨床診治能力的提升。

Establish Chinese Medical Clinical Skills Laboratory─Designing the Teaching Mode for Clinical Skills

The purpose of establishing Chinese medical clinical skills laboratory is to make sure the doctors have standard clinical skills, attitude and behavior when caring the patients. The methods are as follows: 1. Achieve the design of Chinese medical clinical skills laboratory, and make the schedule of all establishments. Accomplish the hardware facilities and teaching materials for every department of Chinese medical clinical skills laboratory. 2. Set up groups of Chinese medical clinical skills laboratory for all departments, and complete the organization. Assert the responsibility and goal of these groups. 3. Make the teaching plan mode, and compile the manual of clinical skills; edit the audio and video teaching files; design the teaching demo; practice of clinical procedures; and give a test for evaluation. 4. Host a website for Chinese medical clinical skills laboratory. The clinical skills laboratory has the emphasis on the combination of clinical knowledge and skills. Meanwhile, place importance on the whole of teaching, learning and evaluation, and advance the ability of professional skills and clinical management for Chinese medicine.
