中醫認證制度於世界各國之現況調查 ( 2-2)

本研究計畫旨在調查與分析國際接受傳統醫學之現況。第一階段研究計畫(2007年8~12月)之目的主要是針對現今國際上執行傳統醫學較為完備之北美國家加拿大，分別在傳統醫學之政策、實務、教育以及證照等方面，進行調查與分析。第二階段研究計畫(2008年1~12月)將承接第一階段研究結果，持續針對美國、德國、英國、澳大利亞等國家，採用質量性混合研究法，分別進行資料收集與分析，以期瞭解各國在中醫政策、實務、教育以及認證之情形。本研究計畫之調查結果，將可以提供中醫專業之改革與永續發展。

The purpose of this research project is to investigate and compare the trend and development of traditional medicine. In the first phase (August~December/2007), by using an example of Canada this study was focused on policy, practice, education, and license of traditional medicine. In the second phase (January~December/2008), following by the results of the first year this study will use a triangulation method to analyze the policy, practice, education, and license of traditional medicine in the countries of the United States of America, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The results of this research project will contribute in providing government and related decision-makers the analyzed information in order to globally understand the trend and development of traditional medicine all over the world.
