中醫應用於保健與居家照護之研究

本研究擬以中醫醫療服務內容與醫療產品相互結合的概念，發展出一套可以整合中醫醫療的相關產品與服務系統的平台，應用中醫專業知識，協助患者居家實施自我健康管理，提供紅斑性狼瘡(SLE)患者於中醫居家照護之可行性研究。
本研究子計畫擬利用新發展的可攜式脈診儀為工具，針對SLE患者常見之脈象進行紀錄，以瞭解日常脈象變化狀況，並結合遠距醫療技術，建構以病患為中心之居家照護脈診儀輔助網站，輔助SLE病患於居家期間評估脈象變化，並給予患者之中醫衛教指導。

A study of home health care for SLE patients based on TCM pulse diagnosis instrument

This research aims to a concept which combines mutually by the medical service and product, developing the set of platform that can integrate the related products and service system in traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This project will support the professional knowledge to help SLE patient to manage health care at home. All project separately two parts. In plant A, the portable pulse instrument is utilized, which carry on a clinical measurement work to build the database for health people. Plan B is carry on a record to understand usual condition of pulse for SLE patient. By combine a long-distance medical treatment technique, the patient evaluates condition variety during daily life at home, and gives according to TCM theories sufferer an instruction of food health education.
