中醫診斷科學化網路教育訓練資料庫之建立

本研究期望能發展一套「中醫診斷科學化網路教育訓練之資料庫及平臺」。希望結合中醫舌、聞診及心率變異的理論，將原有的觀念與知識，配合舌象、語音與心率的錄製與分析方法，將原始訊號、經分析後的量化數據及醫師的診斷結果作整理。進而建立各種類別的中醫診斷科學化之資料庫，最後再以資料庫內的資料為訓練材料開發網路教育訓練平台，透過網路提供學生或臨床人員作自我學習及學習效果評估並可作互動式的討論。

Development of Network Education Training Database for Objective Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnosis

The main purpose of this study is to develop a database and a web platform of technical education training for objective traditional Chinese medical diagnosis. It is expected to integrate theories of tongue and auscultation diagnoses in Chinese medicine and heart rate variability (HRV) with the knowledge and concepts we have gained in our previous researches. Three kinds of data (include tongue images, speech signals, and heart rates) will be applied. These data have to be organized by quantifying and analyzing these bio-signals and diagnosing from clinical physicians. According to the result of integration, it is expected to 1) establish database for objective traditional Chinese medical diagnosis; 2) develop web platform of technical education training based on the database. Students of medical school, clinical researchers and physicians can evaluate the effects of study and discuss with others on the platform through the internet.
