台灣地區中草藥栽培之調查研究(二)

本世紀雖是重視中醫藥發展，可預期具有傳統歷史的中草藥，將面臨更激烈的產量與品質的競爭與挑戰，若要鞏固我國的中草藥國內市場及躋身國際市場，必須應用現代科學技術，遵循嚴格的生產與品質控管規定。為了建構中藥用藥安全環境及瞭解目前國內農民栽培的藥用或保健植物的機能功效，本計畫目標擬邀請農試所、研究機構、農會及業者等代表以座談會形式共同參與討論相關議題。並利用訪查國內各地中草藥栽培業者進行實地調查及訪視其種植中草藥之概況，期望藉由了解地區特性，評估種植高經濟價值之中草藥可行性，以達到本計畫預定目標。

Safe environment in order to build and construct the traditional Chinese medicine to use medicine and finding out about the function efficiency of the medical or health care plant of domestic peasants culture at present, it is participated in discussing the relevant topic together in the form of forum that this plan goal plans to invite trying, research institution, peasant association and person who engages in, etc. agriculturally to represent. And utilize the person who investigates domestic regional Chinese herbal medicine culture industry to carry on the on-site inspection and visit and look at its overview of planting the Chinese herbal medicine; expect to assess the Chinese herbal medicine feasibility of planting high economic worth by understanding regional characteristic, in order to reach this plan predetermined target.
