中醫臨床模擬示範教學之建置

民國91～93年，我們先後執行中醫臨床教學前導計畫、中醫臨床試辦計畫和建構中醫整體教學體系計畫，已建立一套完整的臨床教學體系。94-97年我們分別執行過許多中醫臨床教育訓練改善計畫，每年完成160-200人次之相關教學訓練，具有豐富之中醫教學經驗。本院每年都有新進住院醫師和60-70位的中醫實習醫師，教學對象眾多。本院中醫部主治醫師七成以上有部定講師以上的教師資格，此外本校中醫學院有充足的教學師資可支援，又本院每年有110-130萬人次的門診病患，也有約1,000人次的西醫住院患者會診中醫，以及近30年的中醫門診與會診教學經驗，所以本院是中醫臨床教學訓練的優良環境。
本研究計畫的目的是利用本院中醫臨床教學訓練的優良環境和經驗，進行中醫臨床模擬示範教學多媒體之製作，藉此達到提昇中醫臨床教學品質、增進中醫師執業素質及中醫的醫療服務品質，同時也可藉以提升民眾中醫就醫及中藥用藥的安全性。
預期本計畫的施行，必能強化中醫臨床教學訓練，提昇中醫師執業素質、增進中醫醫療服務品質，以培養術德兼備的優良中醫師。

Setup of clinical imitational demonstrative teaching for Chinese Medicine

From 2002 to 2003, our team had been finished pilot plan of Chinese Medicine (CM) clinical taching, experimental basis plan of CM clinical taching and establishment of clinical taching system. From 2005 to 2008, our team finished improvement plan of CM clinical taching, respectively, and accomplished 160-200 person-time clinical training that is related to the CH residents, intership and clerkship per year in our hospital. Therefore, our team is abundant experience for CM teaching. Our team has many taching subjects because our hospital has new residents and 60-70 intership of CM every year. Above 70% of attending doctor has lecture qualification in the CM department of our hospital. In addition, there are many professor doctor may support our team teaching from the college of CM of our university. The OPD patients are about 1100~1300 thousand person-time in CM department of our hospital, and 1000 person-time Western Medicine in-patients consulting CM, and our hospital has 30 years CM teaching experience. Therefore, our hospital is a good environment for CM clinical teaching training.
The purpose of the present study is to ultize good CM teaching environment and experience of our hospital to perform medium imitational demonstratic taching of CM. Thus, the present study can promot the taching quality of CM, and enhacing the quality of CM doctor for good clinical service. In addition, the present study also may promote the safety for the people receive medical and Chinese herbs treatment. 
We expect the results of the present study can enhace CM clinical teaching training, and also can promote the quality of CM doctor for clinical service. Thus, the results of the present study may culture to be a skillful and morality CM doctor.
