系統化建構中醫護理訓練遠距教學自學系統

本計劃目的為，利用慈濟技術學院現有之遠距教學平台與教學支援服務系統，開設中醫基本護理訓練網路課程，使護理人員能在不影響現職與節省受訓成本的情況之下，依照個別情況，進行線上自學中醫護理訓練課程，提昇中醫護理服務品質，總計劃期程規劃為二年期。本計劃工作重點及方向為 1.編寫中醫基本護理訓練網路教材教學規範，將中醫護理訓練課程標準化。 2.建置多媒體網路教學系統，提供教師遠距教學諮詢與服務。 3.培訓教師具備遠距教學與教材製作能力，加強教師對電子媒體之認識及製作網路教材之能力。 4.宣導及推廣中醫基本護理訓練遠距自學系統，引導學員選修線上遠距自學課程，提供學生個別學習機制，有效節省人員集體訓練時間及人力成本，提昇中醫護理服務能力。 5.分年開辦中醫基本護理訓練網路自學課程， 6.辦理學員學習反應評量與滿意度調查，作為業務改進參考依據。第一年預期完成目標： 1.完成多媒體網路教學系統建置 2.二名教師完成遠距教學與教材製作訓練 3.編寫中醫基本護理訓練網路教學教材二個科目 4.辦理中醫基本護理訓練遠距化宣導活動北、中、南、東各一場 5.中醫基本護理訓練網路自學課程開課二科計劃第二年完成以下項目： 1.維護多媒體網路自學教學系統 2.編修完成現有中醫基本護理訓練四科目網路教材 3.辦理中醫基本護理訓練遠距化宣導活動兩場 4.中醫基本護理訓練網路自學課程開課四個科目，可考慮取部份取代面授課程。

Systemic construction the web online autonomous learning system of basic Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nursing training

Nursing is fundamental and essential to human beings for improving the standards of both physical and mental conditions, diseases prevention and health recovery. It is important to improve the care quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nursing (TCMN).The aim of this project is systemic construct the web online autonomous learning system of basic TCMN training. Project is to improve the quality of clinical care, enforce the basic, as well as professional skills in nursing by providing a training course in the web. The project is a three -year plan consists of 6 subjects and 8 credits gained after completion successfully. The strategy of this project as follows: 1. Write and standardize the basic TCMN training teaching norm of the online autonomous learning course. 2. Construction the multimedia network tutoring system and offer teacher long-distance teaching consult and service. 3. Train teacher to possess the long-distance teaching ability. 4. Declare and popularize the basic TCMN training of online autonomous learning system and lead student to take course then it can save personnel and train time and manpower cost collectively. 5. Divide and run every year of the basic TCMN training of online autonomous learning course. 6. Handle the student studies satisfaction investigation for the business improves consulting.
