市售綠豆 黃品質及毒性之研究

民間沿用的偏方中所流傳的神祕青草配方「綠豆癀」，相傳於昔日醫藥不發達年代，是綠林響馬的急救用品，可內服亦可外敷，據說有清熱解毒功效等多種功能，且煉製過程相當具有獨特性，故民間常見販售綠豆癀產品。本計畫擬針對市售綠豆癀，以現代研究技術進行產品品質分析與毒性的研究。研究方法分為「文獻蒐集」、「炮製前後之綠豆和綠豆癀之成份分析」、「綠豆癀之毒性試驗」與「市售綠豆癀產品之品質分析」四大部分。文獻蒐集主要是搜集綠豆癀在民間流傳的配方、功效與煉製過程等相關資料。進行炮製前後成份分析比較以及綠豆癀之毒性試驗，再對市售綠豆癀之產品進行抽樣，並對抽樣的產品進行品質分析，建立市售綠豆癀之品質及使用安全性，以替民眾健康把關。

Therefore the folk sells common sells the mung bean huang product. This plan plans in view of the market mung bean huang, carries on the product quality analysis by the modern research technology and the toxic research.The research technique divides into the literature collection, experiments three major parts quality of analysis and the toxicology with the market mung bean huang product.The literature collection mainly is collects the mung bean huang the formula, the effect and the refinement process which spreads in the folk and so on the correlation data.Again carries on sampling to the market mung bean huang product, and carries on its quality to the sampling product the analysis and the toxic research, if establishes the market mung bean huang quality the safe suggestion to limit the quantity the value, by for populace health check.
