中藥材中黃麴毒素污染之調查研究

為了解中藥材中黃麴毒素污染情形，建立台灣市售中藥材黃麴毒素污染之個別藥材背景值及檢驗規格，本研究擬分二年進行台灣健保用藥排行榜使用量前40名之藥材，採用食品中黃麴毒素檢驗法進行檢測。
本研究分二年進行，每年擬赴台灣各地中藥店每種中藥材收集20家檢品，以高效液相層析法進行中藥材中黃麴毒素污染檢測。二年共進行40種中藥材之檢測。

Investigation of Aflatoxin Contamination in Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs

To have a clearer understanding of the overall condition of aflatoxin contamination in traditional Chinese medicinal herbs sold in Taiwan, it is necessary to establish a pollutant standard index for different herbal medicines, as well as investigating on the test specification for each TCM herb. This project is planned to be divided into two years, designed for a thorough research on aflatoxin contamination status of the top 40 herbal medicines used in greatest quantities in the National Health Insurance of Taiwan.
