探索未來中醫藥及其產業發展趨勢與管理對策

本計畫以瞭解國內中醫藥現況與困境，擬訂未來管理策略及建議方案，促進產業發展及國際交流合作為目標，將進行中草藥生技公司、中藥廠、中草藥GAP、中醫醫院、具發展潛力國家之使館及駐台辦事處…等單位之訪談，蒐集中醫藥及其產業現況進行初步剖析，並召開產官學研專家座談會，彙整會議結論，擬訂建議方案，或相關政策及研究方向，供中醫藥委員會作為制訂未來政府對產業輔導或鼓勵方案及具體措施之政策參考。期透過本計畫之推動，深入瞭解國內中醫藥產業現況及所遭遇之困境與相關產學之生技發展情形，尋求國際合作之機會，突破困境對策，促進產業發展。

The study of development trends and management strategies in the Chinese medicine industry

The goal of this study is trying to catch the difficult situation on Chinese medicine in domestic, to make proposals for future management strategies for promoting industrial development, and to increase international cooperation.
We shall visit the herbal biotechnology company, herbal pharmaceutical, herbal GAP, Chinese medicine hospitals etc... (Specially, we shall interview embassies and agents in Taiwan which has of the potential market for Chinese herbal medicine.) to collect and to preliminary analysis the information of Chinese medicine market.
Two to three forums of experts in the field of politics, industry, research, and academics will be organized to discuss the management strategies for promoting industrial development, and to increase international cooperation.
The results will be compiled and be submitted to Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, as a policy consideration to prosper Chinese Medicine and its pharmaceutical industry.
