建立中醫護理進階再教育課程標準及認證制度
護理服務人力是建置完整中醫照護服務品質的關鍵因素，專業人力素質不足將會影響中醫醫療照護的效果。台灣現狀在中醫護理人力培育提供中醫護理的臨床訓練之中醫教學場所上明顯不足，在缺乏良好的專業培育訓練環境下，將影響護理人員照護中醫病患的品質，因此，積極推動及孕育中醫護理臨床訓練場所是非常重要的任務。
依據我國護理人員法第二章執業之第八條規定，護理人員執業，應每六年接受150小時的繼續教育，始得辦理執業執照更新。為因應護理人員執業之繼續教育要求規定，及推動中醫優質照護發展，本研究目的為建立中醫護理進階再教育課程標準及認證制度，並試辦全國三場中醫護理再教育課程，爭取繼續教育積分，以滿足護理人員執業執照更新繼續教育需求。並期望透過中醫護理再教育課程與認證制度的建立，促使各醫療機構中醫護理人員人力素質培養有所遵循，以提昇中醫會診或住院護理品質照護或實證護理研究發展。

Establish the environment of clinical practice for nursing staff in Traditional Chinese Medicine – establish the criteria and certification scheme of advanced/re-education curriculum for Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing
Manpower of nursing service is one of the key factors to establish the environment with whole care quality in TCM, which insufficient professional manpower quality will affect the efficacy of medical care in TCM. In Taiwain, there is significant insufficient practice field providing clinical training in TCM Nursing currently. Lack of good environment for professional cultivation will affect the quality of nursing care in TCM. Hence, it’s a very important mission to carry out and cultivate the practice field for clinical training in TCM nursing.
According to Nursing Act §8 in chapter 2 - Practice: Nursing staff should receive 150 hours of continuing education every six years for license renewal. In order to cope with the regulations of continuing education for nursing staff practice, and the development of exceptional care quality in TCM, the purposes of this study include establishing the criteria and certification scheme of advanced/re-education curriculum for TCM Nursing, conducting three national re-education curriculum in TCM Nursing, and striving for continuing education points to satisfy the education demands for license renewal. Furthermore, through the establishment of criteria and certification scheme of re-education curriculum for TCM Nursing to be followed by medical organizations in manpower cultivation of TCM nursing, we hope can promote the quality of TCM consultations, hospitalization, and the development of evidence-based nursing research.
