中醫住院醫療費用支付標準相關研究---中醫住院護理服務成本分析研究

本研究目的係收集並分析台灣地區中醫住院病人的護理活動項目，依據護理活動所需時間，及發生頻率，計算出病人每日所需護理時數，再加上寬放時間，求出需要的護理人力，依據目前護理人力市場的年資薪資，算出人力成本費，以建立我國中醫住院護理成本分析的資料，作為中醫住院經營方針的參考，並提供衛生主管機關未來輔導未推行中醫住院之醫院營運方針之指引，及未來設置中醫住院健保給付護理費用支付標準之參考。

Cost Analysis of Inpatient Care in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing at a Medical Center

The purpose of this study is to explore The Cost Analysis of Inpatient care in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing at a Medical Center.The research is designed as a clinical trial utilizing a total 30 inpatients suffering from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Descriptive, correlation and factor analysis were used to analyze the data. This study is introduced concept mapping while taking a nursing hours of the course they is records to fill out a questionnaire concerning concept mapping the cost analysis of Inpatient care.The results of our research may be applied in clinical nursing care to improve the quality of care while reducing the need for medication and reducing the total cost of treatment.It is recommended that Cost Analysis of Inpatient care in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing be incorporated into standard care cost and medication pay.
