柴胡之GAP栽培與品質評價

本計畫以開發台灣柴胡為目的,藉由國內外柴胡種原之引進,利用分群選拔與混合選種法完成優良品系之篩選後,經由健康種苗之建立、土壤質地之改善、非農藥防治技術之運用等,確立柴胡之GAP生產模式,建立柴胡之品質評價技術,以提升柴胡之產量與品質,生產充足優質之柴胡材料,開發柴胡多元化保健產品,以協助產業升級。

GAP Cultivation Model and Quality Evaluation of Bupleurum spp.

The purposes of this study are to develop some superior genotypes of Bupleurum spp., and to produce enough useful materials through GAP cultivation for producing medical and healthful products. In order to improve the root yield and quality of Bupleurum spp., the Bupleurum plants will be grown, tested, and evaluated under GAP Good Agricultural Practice cultivating techniques. The produced Bupleurum materials will be analysed by main effective constituent analysis such as saikosaponin a and d, polysaccharides and necessary metal analysis, with aim to produce sufficient functional and safe materials with which the related phytochemical, pharmacological and clinical studies can be undertaken and some healthful processing products can be made.
