中醫脈學原理與實測脈波信號應用於臨床診斷之研究(2-2)

本計畫為「新一代自動化診斷脈診儀開發與研究」整合型計畫之子計畫一，研發重點在如何將中醫脈學原理與測量的脈波信號相結合，應用於臨床診斷上。本研究團隊以先前所做過的脈診臨床研究經驗與傳統中醫脈學理論為基礎，在本子計畫的第一年研究中，我們將以「中醫脈位長度之研究」做出發，並且做為縱軸控制之用；另外將以往研究與傳統脈學有關的地方做一歸納分析；蒐集脈診電腦檔資料先做一探查分析的工作主要是為了將整套自動化分析系統的問題先做一部分的解決並建立脈波資料庫的一部分，最後則將測試脈診儀的穩定度，建立脈診儀的信效度分析，並測試脈診儀的性能及表現是否符合臨床所需。在本子計畫的第二年研究中，先做「健康人脈波之正常值」的研究，主要的目的是建立起脈波的正常值範圍。另外則先就慢性阻塞性肺病的患者，做出臨床測量。並將資料納入成為「新一代脈診儀自動化診斷的資料庫」的一部分。

Application of the principle pulse diagnostics in Chinese medicine and measured pulse wave signals to clinical diagnoses.

As the first part of the integrated project Development and Research of the New Generation Automatic Sphygmography, subproject I will focus on how to combine the principle pulse diagnostics in Chinese medicine and the measured pulse wave signals and to apply them to clinical diagnoses. In year 1, the team will base on the previous experience in clinical pulse diagnostics and theories of traditional pulse diagnostics to conclude and analyze doubts in previous researches and traditional pulse diagnostics from the definitions of pulse condition in Chinese medicine and clinical diagnoses. Then we will study the length of pulse positions in Chinese medicine as reference for vertical axle control. The survey analysis based on the collected computer data of pulse diagnostics is first step to solve the problems of the automatic analysis system and to create the pulse wave database. In year 2, the team will start with the stability test and create the credibility data of the Sphygmography. The functionality and performance of the Sphygmography will also be tested to see if it satisfies the clinical demands. The study of the standardization and rationalization of pulse diagnostics in Chinese medicine is target at drawing out the diagnostics standards of the Sphygmography.
