中醫藥資訊與知識：網際網路科技管理與社群服務

社群中醫藥學是東方文化的瑰寶，在二十一世紀多元性的複性醫療體系下，日益受到世界各國的關注和重視。中草藥科技發展目前已列入我國國家發展重點，在需求與形勢的推動下，中醫藥科技活動日益增多，在基礎理論研究、新藥研製、中醫診斷及療效評定的標準化研究等領域，皆取得了許多學術研究成果，其中不乏具有國際領先與國際先進水平的成果。可惜，總觀中醫藥學科及相關產業的發展資訊，還有待更進一步之知識管理，才能增加中醫藥學知識的存量與價值；並應用該知識以提昇中醫藥學之技術、產品、創新與醫療服務品質，達到中醫藥委員會之『中醫現代化、中藥科學化、中西醫一元化與中醫藥國際化。』之發展任務目標。為配合行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會提昇中醫藥醫療品質之中醫藥科技管理研究研究計畫，本三年期計畫目的旨在應用網際網路高科技於中醫藥之資訊與知識管理，並將之服務於社群。本計畫擬規劃與建製一完整之中醫藥資訊與知識的科技管理平台，亦將收集各國中草藥科技發展相關資料，且將所收集之資料予以整理、分析、掛網，最後提供網路社群之使用。故本計劃第一年度旨將規劃與建製『中醫藥資訊與知識之科技管理平台』。本年度計劃執行年度之預期目標如下：1. 完成規劃與建製『中醫藥資訊與知識之科技管理平台』2. 完成中醫藥資訊與知識之科技管理平台，進行電腦程式的設計、撰寫、測試、修改等相關之一連串工作事項。3. 完成中醫藥資訊與知識之科技管理平台的美工設計、測試、修改等相關之一連串工作事項。

Information and Knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herb: Internet Technical Management and Cyber Community Service

cyber communityThe purpose of this 3-year project is to apply Internet high technology in planning and developing information and knowledge management for traditional Chinese medicine and herb, and provide such service to cyber community. In this Internet high tech system, first of all, “technological management platform” will be planed and built. Under this platform, “information and knowledge databank”, “Internet interactive map”, “cyber community service” will then be created.
