中藥方劑基準方HPLC檢測方法之研究

本計畫將以葛根湯、小青龍湯、桂枝湯、麻杏甘石湯及黃連解毒湯等常用方劑及製劑為對象，利用各種不同之分離管柱層析，進行指標成分之單離純化，同時開發各種指標成分之高效液相層析(HPLC)分析方法，並經確效試驗之驗證，得到安定且值得信賴之定量法，建立檢驗標準，達到品質管制之目的，以確保製劑之正確性及有效性。

Studies on the analysis method in preparation of Chinese herb medicine by HPLC

In this project, we selected traditional preparation, Ko-Keng-Tang, Hsiao-Ching-Lung-Tang, Kuei-Chih-Tang, Ma-Hsing-Kan-Shih-Tang and Huang-Lien-Chieh-Tang for model drugs. The quality control techniques will be established by first using column chromatography of various packing materials to purify and to identify marker components and then the results of its structure will be used by applying developed HPLC analysis methods to qualitative and quantitative analysis of quality control techniques. We hope the method can be applied for analyzing commercial preparations, has a simple method of sample preparation. It should be a good application in the quality control of the manufacturing process for patch preparations of Chinese herb medicine in the future.
