中西藥或食品間的交互作用參考手冊編纂

本計畫主要目的是以健保資料庫進行探勘，找尋使用頻率最高的中藥與西藥，利用疾病分類，將『中西藥交互作用』專業內容，以淺顯易懂的圖表，建立參考手冊，以期達到中西醫交互作用藥知識普及化，讓民眾了解正確用藥知識，以確保用藥安全。
本計劃將透過專業的藥師，進行資料的收集與整理，建置以宣導“中西藥交互作用”的科學普及化之精神，以『藥物交互作用』為主軸，利用健保資料庫調查藥物使用頻率，將常見的藥物依照疾病為分類大綱，內容包含:一、中藥與中藥的交互作用，二、中藥與西藥的交互作用，三、中藥與食物的交互作用等。

Either Taiwan or global increase in the popularity of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has raised renewed concerns regarding herb-drug interactions These interactions are important for drugs with narrow therapeutic indices and may either be pharmacodynamic or pharmacokinetic. The aim of this project is data mining in “National Health Insurance Research Database” to find the most frequently used TCM and western medicine. We will analysis "herb-drug interaction" according to diseases. The mechanisms covered include those that affect oral drug absorption and drug biotransformation. A critical evaluation of certain herb-drug pharmacokinetic interactions reported in the scientific literature. As the incidence and severity of herb-drug pharmacokinetic interactions increase due to a worldwide rise in the use of herbal preparations, more clinical data regarding herb-drug pharmacokinetic interactions are needed to make informed decisions regarding patient safety.
