中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師培訓計畫

為培育具有全人醫療能力之中醫師，促進中醫醫療機構健全發展，衛生署已於98年推動「中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練計畫」。該計畫包括為期一個月之中藥局訓練。為確保主要訓練醫院中藥局指導藥師臨床訓練品質及充實受訓醫師中藥用藥知能，提昇中醫醫事人員執業素質來努力，以確保臺灣中醫藥醫療機構照護品質，進而促進全國人民的中醫藥健康照護與福祉。
本計劃預計於計畫施行期間召開專家會議檢討中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師臨床教學教材、課程及成效評值方式並修訂。並計畫辦理101年度中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師培訓營。並於期末進行中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師培訓營訓練成效評估，及針對執行之困境與問題研擬解決方案。
101年度本計劃預定召開中藥臨床教學專家共識營。成立「中藥局指導藥師培訓營」的授課講師群。制訂「中藥局指導藥師培訓營」的課程大綱、評量方法與完成訓練證明格式。召開中藥臨床教學專家期末檢討會議，針對本年度各種師資訓練課程的舉辦模式、課程內容與評量方法進行檢討，作為日後的參考，以確保「中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導藥師」的教學品質。

Program of Training Pharmacist Preceptors for Instituting Responsible Physicians of the Chinese Medicine Institutions

To prepare and nurture a holistic Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine ("TCM"), promote and foster the healthy development of medical institutions of TCM, the Department of Health has been promoting the program of "Medical Institution responsible for the training of Doctors of TCM" since 2009. The plan includes a month-long training at a Chinese Medicine pharmacy in a major training hospital of TCM. In addition, the plan is to ensure a high quality of clinical training conducted by qualified TCM pharmacists, to improve the knowledge of the medical staff practicing TCM. This thereby will enhance the quality and standard of caring of TCM in the medical institutions, and will promote the overall welfare and well-being of the people.
2. Implementing Measure
A strategic expert meeting will be held in 2012 to discuss and establish the following: (1) clinical teaching materials and courses conducted by TCM pharmacists (curriculum), (2) learning and program objectives, (3) outcome assessment and evaluation, and (4) revision. Also a training academy for TCM pharmacists responsible for the training of TCM doctors is planned in 2012. At the end of the training academy, a review will be conducted to ensure the effectiveness of the program. A model will be developed to ensure the communication of questions, issues of implementation and concerns to further strengthen the program.
3. Expected Results
In 2012, the Program is scheduled to (1) host the consensus academy for clinical experts of TCM, (2) establish a teaching lecturer group for the training academy of selected pharmacists of TCM, (3) develop training course curriculum, assessment procedures and certificate format for the training academy of selected pharmacists of TCM, and (4) conduct a comprehensive assessment of the academy inclusive of teaching & training courses (pedagogy and content), and participant evaluations as a reference for the future, to ensure the teaching quality of the training academy.
