中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導醫師培訓計畫

目的：為儲備中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練計畫之指導醫師，以增進指導醫師指導能力，進而提昇各訓練醫院訓練品質。
實施方法：1.以臨床師資培訓之精神，召開專家會議檢討中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導醫師臨床教學教材、課程及成效評值方式並修訂。2.辦理北中南三區101年度中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導醫師培訓營。3.於指導醫師培訓營該日在中醫師臨床技能中心實地演練專家會議中修訂之臨床教學教材並蒐集指導醫師之回饋意見。4.進行中醫醫療機構負責醫師訓練指導醫師培訓營訓練成效評估，及針對執行之困境與問題研擬解決方案。

The training program of the traditional Chinese medicine counselors who teach the graduated traditional Chinese medicine doctors

Aim: To train the counselors of traditional Chinese medicine for the program of graduate traditional Chinese medicine doctor.
Method: 1.Hold the specialists meeting to conduct the training course and contents for counselors. 2.Hold counselors training courses in northern, middle, southern Taiwan. 3.Use questionnaire to gather the feedback opinion and evaluate the effect of counselors training course. 4.Hold the review meeting to discuss the training course and present the following suggestions.
