| 本計劃擬採用如意金黃散外用製劑處方為研究處方，進行抽提物之釋出條件探討，希望進而建立可靠之檢驗標準。方法中分別評估以麻油，水，乙醇及50%乙醇作為抽提溶媒，對各指標成分之釋出效應，以作為後續製程之參考。將最佳抽提溶媒之抽提物製成油性及水性藥膠布，比較分析其藥劑學差異，進行上述兩者藥膠布之透皮吸收效應評估。同時將進行如意金黃散之動物皮膚刺激試驗，皮膚過敏試驗，皮膚急性毒性試驗與皮膚長期毒性試驗。同時彙整三年之計劃結果，就不同屬性之藥膠布，不同溶媒之抽提物與各不同之處方同異處進行資料之分析與研究。 | |

| Lu Yi Ging Huang San” has been chosen as the model formulation. The herbal medicine will be extracted using sesame oil, purified water, alcohol and 50% alcohol, respectively, the indicating components identified, and the relative efficiencies of the three solvents on the extraction evaluated. The indicating standard components of each herbal medicine will be selected and methodology for the determination and quantifying of these indicators will be established subsequently.Both hydrophillic and hydrophobic plasters containing the three extracts respectively will be manufactured and the physico-chemical properties including in-vitro transdermal performance of the products will also be determined accordingly. The results may then be used as a reference for setting standards for Chinese herbal medicine plasters. | |
