中醫藥資訊知識管理：心血管障礙

為配合行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會中醫政策研究之中醫藥資訊知識管理研究計畫，本研究計劃旨在規劃與建製中醫藥資訊知識管理體系。本計劃將應用網際網路的電腦資訊科技，將中醫藥資料予以蒐集、整理、儲存、應用，而成為具知識經濟時代需求的知識管理。本研究計劃將規劃與建製『中醫藥資訊知識管理平台』’在此知識管理平台下，將再規劃與建製『知識庫』、『知識地圖』與『知識社群』等三大功能。本研究計劃執行工作事項規劃如下：
1.將針對所規劃與建製的『知識平台』，進行電腦程式的設計、撰寫、測試、修 改等相關之一連串工作事項。
2.完成『知識平台』的建製後，將進行『知識庫』規劃與電腦程式設計、撰寫、 測試、修改等相關之一連串工作事項。
3.完成『知識庫』的建製後，將進行『知識地圖』規劃與電腦程式設計、撰寫、 測試、修改等相關之一連串工作事項。
4.完成『知識地圖』的建製後，將進行『知識社群』規劃與電腦程式設計、撰寫 、測試、修改等相關之一連串工作事項。

由於國民生活水準的提升、生活型態與飲食習慣改變，使得癌症及慢性疾病已成為國人之主要死因。根據九十年衛生署之「國人十大死因調查」，民眾罹患心臟病、高血壓死亡率排名各為第三位與第十位。老年人高血壓的高盛行率及年輕高血壓病患耗用可觀的治療成本，台灣民眾對於「心血管障礙」之中醫醫療之需求亦日漸升高。此次計劃的社群將針對心血管障礙。未來將陸續完成其他社群的規劃與建製。本研究計劃完成的中醫藥知識管理體系可以達成以下的目標：
1.規劃與建製完成的『知識管理平台』將可以成為中醫藥知識管理的入口網站。
2.規劃與建製完成的『知識管理平台』下可以開發知識庫與知識地圖資訊搜尋與 傳播介面。
3.規劃與建製完成的『知識庫』，能儲存、匯整資料，並能支援使用者的資料搜 尋。
4.規劃與建製完成的『知識地圖』，可以作為使用者決定策略的工具。
5.規劃與建製完成的『知識社群』，可以作為使用者群組知識與資訊的凝聚與使用。

The purpose of this project is to plan and develop a knowledge management Internet system for traditional Chinese medicine. In this Internet system, first of all, “knowledge management platform” will be planed and built. Then, on the “knowledge management platform”,“knowledge databank”, “knowledge map”, and knowledge cyber community” will be created. The work planning for this project is as following:
1.Plan and build the “knowledge management platform”, including computer program design, writing, testing, and modification.
2.Plan and build the “knowledge databank”, including computer program design, writing, testing, and modification.
3.Plan and build the “knowledge map”, including computer program design, writing, testing, and modification.
4.Plan and build the “knowledge cyber community”, including computer program design, writing, testing, and modification.The results of this project will reach the following achievements:
