沙參麥冬湯對放射線治療中癌症病患之血中抗氧化及調節免疫功能之臨床評估 賴易成光田綜合醫 |

| 射治療是癌症治療中佔有重要的角色，許多早期癌症接受根除性放射線照射，5年存活率高達90%；許多晚期癌症接受姑息性放射線照射，仍可緩解症狀，延長生命。然而，放射線治療也會導致副作用。由前導研究結果，放射治療中癌症患者接受沙參麥冬湯輔助性治療，發現體重增加及4個指標（食慾、口乾、體力與精神）改善，啟發我們進一步探討其作用機轉。 本研究沙參麥冬湯對放射線治療癌症病患免疫功能及抗氧化能力低下影響進行評估。抗氧化能力以測量病患血漿中脂質過氧化反應（Lipid peroxidation；LPO）及紅血球超氧化物歧化？（Superoxide peroxidase；SOD）活性之評估。免疫功能測量病患血液中細胞激素腫瘤壞死因子（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）、介白質-2（interleukin-2）及淋巴球CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8含量及NK activity。並研究癌症放射治療中患者之中醫體質特性，進行中醫辨證分型，分析地區癌症病人體質中醫證型之分佈，以及從事病患血中微量元素（Cu/Zn）之評估。 | |

| Radiotherapy plays an important role in cancer therapy. Most of the early stages of cancer with curative radiotherapy can achieve up to 90% of a 5-year survival rate.Even for patients at late stage ,their symptoms also can be relieved. Every radiotherapy and chemotherapy has the potential to cause harm and produce toxicity such as weakness, tired, anorexia nervosa, dry mouth.With the early reseach of Sha-Sheng-Mai-Dong-Tang,we find that Sha-Sheng-Mai-Dong-Tang can relieve the symptoms of weakness, tired, anorexia nervosa, dry mouth.So, we interested to find the mechanism of Sha-Sheng-Mai-Dong-Tang on this reseach . The present study is to evaluate the effects of Sha-Sheng-Mai-Dong-Tang on the cancer patients receiving the radiotherapy , especially examination their immune capability ,human plasma antioxidant capacity and activity of superoxide peroxidase in red blood cells .In addition ,the tumor necrosis factor-？HH\(TNF H\), interleukin-2 and contents of lymphocytes CD3 HBCD4 HBCD8 H | |
