| 本計劃將針對三角葉薯蕷,圓三角葉薯蕷,穿龍薯蕷,及恆春薯蕷,共計四個山藥品種,以聚合酵素連鎖反應將rDNA片段進行擴增;除了完成各山藥品種rDNA的定序工作,比對其序列之同源性,相似度及建立其親源關係樹狀圖之外;並進行AFLP分析,建立足以鑑別各山藥品種之引物及限制酵素的分析條件,以達到今後鑑定其他山藥品種之參考的目的. | |

| In this project, Dioscorea deltoidea, D. deltoidea var. orbjculata, D. nipponica, and D. doryphora are used to analysis their phylogenetic relationship. The rDNA sequences of the samples amplifing by PCR are compared to realize their homology. AFLP technique is adopted in the study to obtain the avaiable primer and restriction enzyme for identification purpose. | |
