中醫醫院評鑑制度建立之研究 王人澍中國醫藥學 |

| 本研究將以質性與量性研究法，探討中醫醫院評鑑制度內容的製定。本研究將分三部份，第一部份以質性研究法訪談中醫、中藥、中護的領袖，依此初步擬訂中醫醫院評鑑制度內容的草案。第二部份，以邀請中醫、藥、護專家討論草案的可行性，並予以擬定中醫醫院評鑑制度內容。第三部份將此內容擬定問卷。將此問卷發給研究對象。研究對象將來自醫學中心中醫部、教學醫院中醫部及中醫醫院之中醫、護理之工作人員。問卷收回後，予以匯整。將所整理之中醫醫院評鑑制度內容，再次送給第二部份的專家學者討論後，完成中醫醫院評鑑制度草案之擬定。所得資料將以SPSS/pc進行統計分析。研究成果可做為未來中醫醫院評鑑制度之參考。 | |

| The purpose of this study will be to examine a Chinese medical hospital accreditation program. The study will apply a quantitative cross-sectional research method. Participants will be chairperson from teaching hospitals with a Chinese medical department or Chinese medical hospitals. Instruments will be developed by panel discussion, which will be consisted of practitioners, researchers, professors and policy-makers. The instruments will be examined by content validity, Cronbach？HHHHHH？HHHHHHs ？HHHHHH\ reliability, and pretest. A SPSS/PC 10.0 will be used to analyze the data. | |
