中醫舌診標準化之研究(3-2)---特定疾病舌苔影像定量之研究 邱創乾逢甲大學 |

| 望、聞、問、切四診是中醫辨証的依據。望診是觀察人體的外形、氣色及舌象，而舌象的觀察是望診中很重要的部份。舌診主要是觀察舌質和舌苔，舌質亦稱舌體，由舌的肌肉脈絡組成，舌苔為黏著在舌體上的苔狀物質。舌質一般是觀察舌頭的形體大小，顏色變化，運動是否異常。舌苔的觀察則以苔色的變化、分佈情況以及濕潤程度為主。 數千年來中醫師憑著這些舌診特徵參數來作為臨床診斷的依據，其診斷的正確率往往取決於醫師的主觀經驗及當時所在環境的各種因素，診斷結果常因人而異又無法達到研究或臨床上重覆性的要求。近二十年來，中醫開始朝科學化邁進，藉由客觀的實驗及數據來證明中醫的理論。在中醫舌診的發展上，利用電腦化舌象診察系統來對舌象特徵作定性與定量的分析是必然的趨勢。 過去幾年國內舌診相關研究發展了幾套舌象診察系統，由於各系統對於舌診特徵參數定義不一致，以至於量化分析結果會有所差異，也因此不同系統對於相同的舌象特徵會有不一致的量化結果。因此我們在第一年研究基礎上，對於中醫舌診標準化已經有了初步的成果，接下來將朝著臨床應用方向邁進，因此本年度的計畫是以中醫學理為基礎的舌診儀器來對特定疾病患者作舌苔的定性與定量分析。 |

| The principles of traditional Chinese medical diagnosis are based on the information obtained from four diagnostic processes, which are inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry and palpation. Among these diagnostic process are mentioned above, the examination of tongue is attached great importance for getting significant evidences in diagnosing the patients health condition. Generally, tongue diagnosis can be obtained by means of observing the substance and coating of the tongue. The substance of tongue consists of muscle, blood vessels, nerves and mushroom nipples. It can be characterized by its color, luster, shape and movement. The coating of tongue that adhered to substance of tongue consists of food dregs, germs, saliva. It can be distinguished by its color and certain textural properties. However, the clinical competence of tongue diagnosis was determined by the experience and knowledge of the physicians.
