中子活化分析法及超微量分析技術檢驗中藥微量重金屬

利用已執行上年度計畫所建立之中子活化分析法及感應耦合電漿光譜法,繼續對於中藥材之砷等八種微量元素進行分析,並累積增加分析結果至五十七種不同產地,共285個常用中藥材樣品,作為其中微量元素含量高低限值之重要依據。
根據執行上年度計畫成果之評審意見,增加其他較普及之分析儀器及方法,如原子吸收光譜法之分析數據以為比較,作可行性評估。另對於分析方法有所改善,並加以研究精進,研究發展之過程與成果亦將撰寫論文,投稿科技期刊。
對於分析數據之資料庫,統計不同藥材及產地之高低限值以為參考依據。並依照合乎國際認可之參考標準物質,作為品質保證及管制之依據,以此建立合於國際水準之標準分析方法。

This project is continuing the work of the last year research to analyze trace heavy metal elements in Chinese herb medicines by NAA and ICP method. A total number of 57 commonly used medicine herbs will be analyzed for As,Cd,Cu,Cr,Hg,Ni,Pb and Zn. All the data will be collected these of last year project with as a data bank for the quality control application in the future.
According to the suggestions last year, atomic absorption spectrometer will be used as one of the instrument for standard method, However, atomic absorption spectrometer is a more popular instrument in medicine factory. Microwave digestion method is necessary for sample pretreatment with atomic absorption spectrometer. We will compare the advantages and disadvantages in NAA, ICP and AA techniques for analysis method. All the works will be follow with the quality assurance program.
