『五種常見疾病中醫證型診斷基準研究(3-1)-糖尿病主要證型診斷基準之研究』

糖尿病在我國是一種相當常見且影響國人健康甚鉅的慢性疾病，高居國人十大死因的第五位。辨證論治是中醫的重要特色，對於糖尿病的治療經驗，歷代醫家1及近代學者2,3,4,5,6總結提出糖尿病在中醫理論的基礎上，仍有一些基本證型之分類。
本研究希望透過中西醫的相關指標，對糖尿病患者作更加深入的瞭解，定出糖尿病中醫證型診斷之主要指標及次要指標，並進而建立糖尿病患者主要證型之判別方法。
由新陳代謝科門診篩檢糖尿病患者為研究對象，在該疾病有明確的診斷基礎上，進行糖尿病主要證型診斷基準之建立，期能作為臨床診療之客觀依據，並為未來中藥療效之評估建立基礎。

Diabetes Mellitus is a very common disease that affects the health of people in this country, being the No 5 of the top ten causes of death. Determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs is a very important characteristic in traditional Chinese medicine, concerning the experience of the treatment of DM, physicians and scholors in the past ages have a conclusion of the patterns of DM according to the basic theory of Chinese medicine.
The purpose of this research is to have a more understanding of the diabetes mellitus patients with some indicators in western and Chinese medicine, therefore, to determine the major and minor criterias of the diagnosis of the patterns and to set up the major method of the differentiation of the patterns.
Using the diabetes mellitus patients of the metabolism OPD for the research with a definite diagnosis,and to set up the basic patterns for diagnosis, we expect an objective standard for clinical diagnosis and to establ
