『五種常見疾病中醫證型診斷基準研究(3-1)-慢性B型肝炎中醫證型診斷基準之研究』

肝炎是中國人常見的疾病，危害國人健康甚鉅。近年來無論中西醫皆投入無數力量來防治B型肝炎，在
中醫藥的治療下亦有不錯的療效。中醫理論認為”辨證”是中醫診治疾病的共通原則，根據此理論得
以透過患者主觀及客觀的各種症狀，來分析其體質及疾病狀態，因此”證”成為中醫臨床研究分析的
主要手段。而辨證乃透過中醫診斷學上的四診、八綱等模式，加以分析統合後所做出對病患之結論，
由此結論再正確地使用中藥加以為病患施治。

本研究蒐集中國醫藥學院附設醫院肝炎特別門診慢性B型肝炎患者，利用經設計之中醫問卷調查表，包
括了中醫診斷學上之四診八綱辨證、臟腑辨證、六淫辨證等內容，經由資深之中醫師對蒐集之患者加
以辨證，再經專家討論後，將所得之結果加以辨證分型分類，以此建立中醫對慢性B型肝炎之診斷基
準。

本研究乃試行探討慢性B 型肝炎患者在中醫診斷分析證型上，建立一套問卷調查表，經由信度、效度
評估及修正後的量化表及可量化標準之問卷表，提供可溝通且互相一致地辨證論治系統，以便往後對
慢性B型肝炎臨床之研究及中醫醫家有共同診斷之基準。

Hepatitis is the Chinese familiar disease. It’s great harmful for the person. Recently either the Chinese or western medicine invest numerous efforts to prevent the hepatitis B. The Chinese medicine also have a good curative effect of
the hepatitis B. Chinese medical theory consider that” pattern identification” is the common principle to identify the patients. According to this theory we can distinguish the patients’ symptom subjectively and objectively. And then we
can identify patterns and determine treatment. Chinese medical diagnosis is a process of gathering information through the four examinations(inspection，smelling and
listening，inquiry，and palpation) and classifying the information according to the various methods of pattern identification (eight-principle pattern identification；qi-blood pattern identification；bowel and visceral pattern
identification；evil pattern identification) This study collect patients from the specially hepatitis outpatient department of
