『中醫舌診標準化之研究(3-1)─舌診特徵參數量化標準之研』

本研究首先要訂定中醫師在診斷過程中認為有價值的舌診特徵參數並將此參數量化，藉以提供客觀的診斷標準，並結合醫師的臨床觀察，對舌象作定性及定量分析，以提供符合臨床需求的舌診特徵參數量化標準。另外診斷的正確率往往取決於醫師的主觀經驗及當時所在環境的各種因素，如患者姿勢不良時難以取得正確之觀察，醫師觀察順序不當時難收迅速且全面之效果，光線控制不良時易使舌色生變，所以必須訂定一套標準的舌象錄製程序。在臨床研究方面，藉由穩定的電腦化舌象診察系統來針對正常人(家庭醫學科健康檢查正常者)進行舌象定性與定量分析，並建立數據資料庫，透過訂定舌診特徵參數量化標準以及建立正常人的舌象量化數據資料庫，讓舌診日後的發展有所依循。

The purpose of this study is to make and quantify the feature parameters of tongue diagnosis which is valuable for physicians to build an objective diagnostic standard for tongue diagnosis. Besides, a standardized procedure for recording a tongue image is established in order to reduce the effect of environmental factors such as the difference of light sources and brightness. In clinical study, the tongues of normal persons will be analyzed using the computerized tongue examination system. Finally, a tongue database of quantitation analysis will be established.
