『中藥藥膠布及藥酒製劑之成分分析及其釋出效應之研究(3-1)-中藥藥膠布及藥酒製劑成分分析及品質管制之研究』

藥膠布為中藥常用之外用製劑劑型,傳統製法是以麻油浸泡,再加熱抽取,但抽取之溶劑是影響有效成分溶出之重要因素,另外藥膠布製劑之指標成分檢驗,仍無一可行性之方法。因此,建立一套完整性之抽取及檢驗方法,為確保藥膠布劑型之品質及有效性。藥酒也為國人喜歡飲用之酒類之一,然而,國產藥酒之酒精濃度一般皆在30%以上,使得消費對象受到局限,因此,研發出安定之低酒精濃度(約14%)藥酒為一可行性之目標。
本群體計劃分三年進行,第一年選擇萬應膏及金門龍鳳酒,第二年選擇綠云膏及十全大補藥酒,第三年選擇如意金黃散及龜鹿二仙藥酒等,藥膠布及藥酒方劑作為研究處方。將完成處方內各藥材之基源鑑定、指標成分TLC圖譜鑑定,藥膠布之麻油、乙醇、50%乙醇及水四種不同抽提溶媒抽出之探討,藥膠布製劑處方指標成分TLC及HPLC之檢驗方法、藥膠布之成分釋出效應試驗及動物皮膚毒性試驗。另外,也開發具規格化、安定性之低酒精濃度藥酒及藥酒中指標成分TLC及HPLC之檢驗方法。以建立一套完整性之藥膠布及藥酒之檢驗參考依據,而達到品質管制的目的。

This project will carry through in three years, we will choose Wan Ying Kau and Long Fong wine on the first year, Lu Yun Kau and Shu Chien Da Bu wine on the second year, Lu Yi Ging Huang San and Gwei Lu Urh Sien wine on the third year.
We will propose to complete the origin identification and the TLC spectrum of chemical markers of every crud drug of former formulas, and will find out the best effective extraction solvent for the manufactured the three kinds of formula with sesame oil, ethanol, 50% ethanol and water, respectively, and will establish the method of TLC and HPLC for determining the chemical marker in every plaster product.
We will propose to complete process standardization and to developing stabilized low alcohol concentration and will establish the method of TLC and HPLC for determining the chemical marker in every tonic wine product.
