天麻指標成分之製備研究

近年來政府積極推行中藥GMP政策,以提高中藥及中藥製劑水準。然而有些中藥材之指標成分不易購得,造成無法以定量分析該中藥材主成分之含量。因此本計畫以衛生署中醫藥委員會八十八年度推動之專題研究-天麻為對象,在本實驗室過去對天麻成分分離研究之基礎上,進行天麻之指標成分天麻素、天麻元之製備開發研究,希望建立一迅速有效率之分離方法,所製備出之天麻素及天麻元將以其化學特性及各種物理光譜(質譜、紅外線、紫外線及核磁共振光譜)確認並與標準品比對。此二成分之高效液相層析條件亦將一併加以探討,以期提供天麻之指標成分供中藥界及各中藥廠,達到全面提昇中藥品質之理想。

Preparation of the Marker Components of Gastrodia elata Blume

In recent years, the Government of R.O.C. reinforce the GMP policies for Chinese Crude drugs preparations to elevate the quality level of the Chinese crude drug preparations. However, some of the marker components of the crude drugs were hard to obtained commercially and therefore unable to do the quantitative analysis of these preparations.

This project aimed at the priority list of the 1999 budget year of the Committee for Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy of the Executive Yuan, R.O.C.. Based on our previous experience on the separation and purification of the chemical components of Gastrodia elata Blume, we like to develop a quick and efficient preparation methods for gastrodin and gastritigenin..

The identity of the two components will be elucidated based on their chemical and physical data including Mass, UV, IR, NMR spectra and will be compared with that of the authentic samples. The High Performance Liquid Chromatography conditions will also be studied in order to prov
