鉤藤指標成分之製備

本計劃擬利用一年的時間完成下列工作：
一、供應鉤藤藥材中之指標成分毛鉤藤鹼 (hirsutine)、去氫毛鉤藤鹼(hirsuteine) 及鉤藤鹼 (rhynchophylline) 各1公克予衛生署中醫藥委員會，並提供最簡便的分離法。
二、檢測本省市售鉤藤藥材中之指標成分鉤藤鹼、去氫毛鉤藤鹼及毛鉤藤鹼之含量情形。

With this plan, we wish to accomplish the following tasks within one year.

1. Supplying the Chinese Medicine Committee of the Health Department with one gram each of the marker substances hirsutine, hirsuteine and rhynchophylline and providing a simple method for isolating these compounds.

2. Investigating the contents of the marker substances hirsutine, hirsuteine and rhynchophylline in the commercial articles of Uncariae Ramulus et Uncus on Taiwan market.
