台灣地區中醫醫療機構護理人力暨中醫護理教育需求與發展趨勢之研究

本研究係針對目前中醫醫療機構極度缺乏護理人力，國內護理教育在中醫護理養成教育和在職教育方面仍十分匱乏，以及衛生法令對中醫護理人力雖有規定仍未完善之狀況作深入探討。旨在瞭解中醫醫療機構工作人力分配現況及其業務內容，並探討所需之護理工作內容、服務品質及訓練需求。研究方法採問卷調查法，針對台灣地區公私立中醫醫院及醫院附設中醫部（科）（合計114家）之中醫師、護理人員及相關工作人員進行調查，以作為規劃合於本土之中醫護理體制之參考。

中醫護理在國內僅屬萌芽階段，在教育方面，其養成及在職培育均不足，無法因應中醫醫療機構對護理人力的需求；中醫醫療機構方面則因護理人力的缺乏，無法有完善的制度，護理角色無法發揮功能。因此，為健全中醫護理體制，實宜針對教育和臨床擬定一套合宜的措施，以真正培養出適任之中醫護理人員。

This is an indepth research targeted at present status of the extremely insufficient nursing staffs in traditional Chinese medical institution and very much lagging behind in both formed and on-job training and also at the incomplete sanitation law to the traditional Chinese medicine nurse resources. The purposes of this research are to investigate the assignment of nursing resources and nursing quality , and to provide suggestions to present status regarding on-job education.

Taiwan is far behind in the development of Chinese medicine nursing than Mainland China. With high standard nursing staffs, combine with complete cultivation on-job training and its complete traditional medicine institute systems, we can offer people in Taiwan a more suitable, higher quality nursing care. Which is more important and that is our final goal.
