慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者肺功能狀態與中醫證型及舌診科學化研究之關係

本研究計畫之重點，在於建立中醫診斷學中舌診的客觀指標，藉由慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者來探討不同肺功能狀態下的舌色表現，並且利用中醫問卷調查表來瞭解中醫證型與肺功能間，以及中醫證型與舌診間之關係。
本研究以中國醫藥學院附設醫院胸腔內科病房 40-60 歲慢性阻塞性肺部疾病患者共 80 名為樣本，依肺功能病情狀態分正常、輕、中、重共四組，每組各 20 名。納入本研究的患者除了詢問基本資料表、中醫體質問卷表外，並安排肺功能檢查、動脈血液氣體分析(A rterial blood gas)，並接受舌象攝影。肺功能及動脈血液氣體分析兩項檢查分別由本院附設醫院肺功能室、檢驗科進行檢測工作，舌象攝影在中醫部進行。舌象攝影為了避免失真，以數位式相機攝影後直接輸入電腦；以固定標準光源、攝影距離，並控制可能的干擾因素，以求每位患者均在同一條件下完成資料蒐集工作。影像資料經轉換後以數據化資料呈現，而舌診影像經由中醫專家共同判讀，藉此得以再與肺功能狀態、動脈氣體分析、以及中醫問卷表等進行分析工作，以了解彼此間之關係。
本研究除了可對慢性阻塞性肺部疾病在中醫診斷上能有更深一層的瞭解外，並希望能在舌診科學化的工作能做出貢獻。

The relationship between lung function test of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and disease patterns of tradition chinese medicine and scientific study of tongue image analysis

The purpose of this study is to establish objective diagnosis system for tongue-diagnosis of Chinese-medicine by analysis the relationship between tongue image analysis and lung function test of COPD patients. We also design som e question-answer charts for Chinese medicine, to evaluate their relationship with lung function test and tongue image analysis.
The samples of this study are originated from the medical chest department of Chinese-medical-collage hospital. The patients, aged from 40 to 60 years old, who had COPD, excluding other organ diseases, systemic diseases, and ope rated past history, will be included in our study. When the patients are included to our study, lung function and arterial blood gas will be checked. Thereafter, question-answer charts and photography of tongue will be arranged.
Tongue image will be taken under controlled condition. High performed digital camera, device for tongue examination, standard color-temperature light, standard color path are used in
