中醫藥對紅斑性狼瘡患者雷諾氏現象療效之研究

雷諾氏現象為紅斑性狼瘡患者常見之症，以往之研究報告顯示：本症患者肢端血流有減少現象，依據傳統中醫學理，此多屬「熱厥」範疇，宜以清熱涼血藥物治療。

本項研究擬依美國風濕病協會標準，在門診篩選系統性紅斑性狼瘡並見雷諾氏現象之患者約 30名，均依醫界公認之治療方法給予西藥，症狀穩定後，維持在最低劑量。此時將患者隨機分為二組，實驗組加入中藥清瘟敗毒飲，對照組加入安慰劑，均予濃縮中藥粉每次三公克，一日三次，持續治療十二週，治療前後均以雷射血流測定儀觀測兩側中指掌側遠端指節皮下血流，記錄其平均瞬間血流量，並以多變量分析比較兩組治療前後之差異及可能之影響因素。

目前對6例患者之初步觀察顯示：治療組肢端血流在治療後有顯著之改善，與其臨床表現一致，值得進一步進行評估。

The therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine on Raynauds phenomenon in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

Raynauds phenomenon(RP) has been reported in 10 to 44 percent of the patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). The treatment of secondary RP should aim at the underlying disease. Cutaneous SLE is similar to the "heat poison" of Chinese medicine. Our study tries to evaluate the therapeutic effects of "chin-lae-zai-du" Chinese herb medicine on SLE presenting RP.

15 patients with SLE presenting RP were given chin-lae-zai-du Chinese herb medicine orally for 3 months and 15 controls were given a placebo. Quantitative analysis of capillary blood flow of both middle distal phalanges with Advanced Laser flowmeter was performed before and after the medicine taking.

Quig-re-gie-du Chinese herb medicine can improve the peripheral blood flow of the patients with SLE presenting RP.
