過敏性鼻炎患者中醫體質研究

本研究之目的在了解過敏性鼻炎患者體質特性，以及體質治療之療效。研究中將選取180位過敏性鼻炎患者進行研究。經醫師診斷為本病之患者，同時接受中醫之體質診斷，然後採用隨機分組，將患者分為二中醫組（腎氣丸組、知柏地黃丸）及一西醫組，每組各為六十名。治療過程中採雙盲試驗，所有患者在治療前、治療後、及追蹤半年後，皆進行臨床評估記錄。最後將資料進行統計分析，以了解患者在不同體質及中西醫治療中之差異。

The Constitutional Study on the Allergic Rhinitis Patients

The purpose of this study is to realize the constitutional character of the allergic rhinitis patients and to evaluate the effect of constitutional treatment in Chinese medicine. In this study, we will select 180 allergic rhinitis patients which will be diagnosed by Chinese medical doctors for the typing of constitution, then they will be grouped by randomization into two Chinese medicine groups and one modern medicine group for different treatment, there are 60 patients in one group. It is a double-blind test during the course of treatment. All patients will be received clinical evaluation at three points: before treatment, after treatment, and half-year after follow-up. Finally, we will use statistic analysis to realize the difference among different methods of treatment in different constitutional types of allergic rhinitis patients.
