推動中藥指標成分供應計畫

為協助國內中藥產業解決現階段指標成分價格高昂又不易購買及其在中藥科學化之應用技術上之瓶頸，本中心擬成立「中藥指標成分製供」專責單位，推動規格一致之中藥指標成分標準品，以合理價格供應國內藥廠及研究單位利用，以營造中藥科學化之優良產業發展環境，達成下述目的與目標，以提升中藥製劑水準，加速我國中藥製劑邁入國際化。

一、計畫目的：


1.協助中醫藥委員會推動藥政管理，提升藥政品質，營造科學化亞太製造中心之優良環境。 
2.加速加深中藥之科學化，提升中藥品質，協助達成工業局促進中藥國際化，開拓國際市場之政策目標。 
3.輔導財團法人製藥工業技術發展中心成為「中藥指標成分標準品製造及供應」常設專責單位。 
4.透過中醫藥委員會之彙總，收集國內外現有中藥指標成分標準品品目，進行純化、純度標定、分裝，供應國內藥廠及研究單位。

To establish the supply system of herbal Medicine Marker

The establishment of the supply system of Chinese Herbal Medicine Marker Standard (CHMMS) for the quality control of formulation is a milestone in the development of modern technology for Chinese herbal medicine. However, the avaiIability and accessibility of CHMMS is always a problem for the pharmaceutical companies and laboratories in Taiwan， which work in the filed of Chinese herbal medicine In order to overcome this difficulty, our center (Pharmaceutical Industry Tecnology and Development Center) plans to establish a special team in charge of the manufacture and supply of CHMMS Its responsibilities aIso include setting up a standard system for CHMM and providing these CHMMS to pharmaceutical companies and research/academic laboratories in Taiwan with a reasonable price. The ultimate goal of this proposal is to improve the research/development environment of Chinese herbal medicine and, furthermore, to assist the pharmaceutical industry in Taiwan to bring the Chinese herbal medicin
