使用高解析度彩色攝影系統對中醫舌診作定性及定量分析之研究

舌象是反應體內狀態的鏡子，臟腑的病變可由舌象的變化而得知，在診斷學中舌象診斷為中醫師診察疾病的常規診斷方法，藉由舌象的觀察可知體內的狀態，如臟腑的虛實、病情的深淺、津液的虛實、氣血的盛衰等，均可直接的反應在舌象的變化上。但在診斷的過程中其準確率往往取決於醫師的主觀經驗及當時所在環境的各種因素，如光線的強弱，即使是相同的色調，卻因光線而有異感；患者姿勢的不良造成舌頭在伸出時的不自然，舌體卷縮、緊張、伸出時間過長等，都會造成舌體充血狀況，引起色調的變化，由於上述影響都將造成醫師對顏色的辨識結果降低，都會造成診斷上的誤判。本研究的目的及提供可控制環境的條件下，藉由高解析度彩色攝影系統所記錄儲存的舌影像，供醫師做診斷上的參考。我們將此舌象特性量化結合醫師的臨床觀察，對正常人及特定疾病患之舌象作定性及定量分析，探討中醫理論之舌與臟腑的關係。為將舌象特性量化，我們採用舌體影像的顏色將舌質及舌苔的顏色加以量化。採用RGB三原色(Red紅色，Green綠色，Blue藍色)與HSL(hue色度，saturation飽和度，luminance亮度)顏色模型，以映射後再修正之二階段(two-pass)演算法判斷出舌質及舌苔的顏色，探討中醫舌診定性與定量之分析。

The characteristics of diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine are based on the differentiation of symptom-complexity. Major methods for diagnosis are inspection, auscultation, olfaction, inquiry and palpation. Among these methods, the inspection of the tongue is one of the most important approach, However, the findings of tongue diagnosis are varied by the experience of doctor and the environmental factors. Therefore, it is inevitable to develop the objective instrumentation for helping the doctor in collecting, storing, and analyzing the acquired information.

The inspection of the tongue includes the substance and coating of tongue. Observation of tongue substance is obtained by color, shape and attitude. Observation of tongue coating include color and property. Since both substance and coating of tongue need the observation of color, it is helpful to use computer software in disti nguishing primary colors and tints.
