臺灣中藥典英譯暨中藥典彩色圖鑑編修出版(2-1)

為促進藥典國際化之目標，配合2013年初出版之臺灣中藥典，衛生福利部中醫藥司特將「臺灣中藥典英譯暨中藥典彩色圖鑑編修出版」列為本年度研究重點，進行臺灣中藥典英譯編修及中藥典彩色圖鑑之出版供各界參考。本計畫配合2013年出版之臺灣中藥典內容，進行臺灣中藥典英譯，於102年9月10日及102年11月12日召開臺灣中藥典英文編修會議。目前已完成臺灣中藥典通則檢驗方法（含中藥基準方）及50個藥材英譯。另也配合臺灣中藥典收載之300個藥材品項，在2009年出版之中藥彩色圖鑑及2011年完成之中華中藥典彩色圖鑑初稿基礎下，進行臺灣中藥典圖鑑編修，並於102年10月21日召開臺灣中藥典圖鑑編修會議。今年12月出版「臺灣中藥典圖鑑」500本精裝本及隨書出版之電子光碟500片。本計畫編修出版之臺灣中藥典圖鑑，提供更完整的臺灣中藥典參考比對資料，另本計畫英譯臺灣中藥典之內容，提供衛生福利部中醫藥司出版臺灣中藥典英文版之參考，促進臺灣中藥典國際化之目標。

English Translation of Taiwan Herbal Pharmacopeia and Publication of Color Illustrations of Taiwan Herbal Pharmacopeia (2-1)

In order to promote the internalization of Taiwan Herbal Pharmacopeia (THP) and coordinate the publication of THP in early 2013, the Department of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Ministry of Health and Welfare set the English translation of THP and publication of Color Illustrations of THP as research priority in 2013, planning to proceed the English translation of THP and publication of Color Illustrations of THP and provide reference for the TCM communities. We completed the translation of all detection methods in general rules part (including 200 standard TCM formulas) and 50 CMM monographs and hold an editorial committee meeting on September 10 and November 12, 2013. Based on the Color Illustrations of Chinese Materia Medica published in 2009 and the draft of Color Illustrations of THP prepared in 2011, we edited and hold an editorial committee meeting on October 21, 2013. We published 500 hard copies of Color Illustrations of Taiwan Herbal Pharmacopeia with electronic CD version enclosed in December, 2013. The Color Illustrations of THP published provides completing reference of CMM photos for the TCM communities. The draft of English translation of THP provides the Department of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Ministry of Health and Welfare as a reference in preparation for the publication of English version of Taiwan Herbal Pharmacopeia which will be helpful for the internalization of THP. Key words: Taiwan Herbal Pharmacopeia (THP); English Translation; English version of THP; Color Illustrations of THP; Publication
