以連續恆壓施壓為基礎之可攜式中醫脈診量測系統應用研究

研究目的: 主要係將一項已發展完成,並取得專利之一套可攜式用於不同恆定壓力狀態下,可連續監測脈搏訊號之量測儀器,藉由比擬中醫師在把脈時所使用浮舉、中尋及沉取之抽象壓力,進而建立施予血管壓力後連續脈搏訊號之相關資料,以提供中醫科學脈診診斷之圖譜參考資料,以及相關心血管生理功能監測與輔助臨床診斷之應用。實施方法: 施壓範圍包含30mmHg至120mmHg,係由低壓(30mmHg)以每隔10mmHg之方式加壓至高壓(120mmHg),其間並維持5秒之恆壓狀態;同時可依照使用者自行設定其施壓之壓力以進行長時間監測及紀錄,擬針對體檢健康人與系統性紅斑性狼瘡(SLE)患者為對象進行量測,後續分析脈搏訊號之連續訊號、微分訊號與積分訊號,並觀察兩者之間差異性。本計畫會依照實際臨床醫師之脈診診斷,建立可以提供中醫科學脈診診斷之圖譜參考資料,以利其他有意義之中醫科學脈診相關應用。

A Study on Portable Pulse Signal Monitoring System Based on Constant Pressure Conditions

This research has had obtained a patent right.It is related to a portable sphygmus measurement system with constant pressure for extremity, and Moreover, by a post-treatment of the system, the recording obtains continuous sphygmus signal, continuous sphygmus differential signal, and continuous sphygmus integral signal for evaluation and monitoring of diagnosis by feeling the pulse of Chinese medicine, cardio-physiology and circulatory system. The constant pressure is modulated among 30 to 120 mmHg. There are an auto-mode and a manual mode for measurement algorithm. The auto-mode completes measurement and recording processes automatically during 2 minutes and pressurizes the system from low pressure (30 mmHg) to high pressure (120 mmHg) with 10 mmHg gradient every 5 seconds while the manual mode completes measurement and recording processes during a long time under users setting. Meanwhile, it can monitor and record according to the pressure set by the user for a long time .We plan to measure with the healthy people and systemic erythema lupus patient of physical examination, follow up analyzing the continuous,differential and integrated signals of pulse pressure wave and observe the difference.
