中藥材有害物質偵測及檢測技術研究成果之整合與管理

1.解決進口藥材普遍存在有藥材混用或誤用、主成分被抽提出添加不當防腐劑等安全顧慮問題，而其來源95％來自國外，故重金屬、農藥殘留、誤食等中毒事件時有所聞。 2.全面蒐集彙整有關中藥材本身即具有肝、腎及其他方面毒性者檢驗技術及毒性資料。 3.配合國內業界需求與行政管理之必要性，蒐集並檢測市售可能發生品質異常之藥材，收集背景值，作為訂定限量標準之依據及藥材異常管理之方向。 4.整合各項研究成果，並配合後續資訊系統開發建置時之協調溝通作業。

The Harmful Substance of Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials Detects the Merger and Management of Examining and Detection Technique Research Results

1. Giving resolution for safety concentration problems from imported medicine. There are including mixed or wrong usage, extraction of main components, non-allowed antiseptic adding. Because the 95% source of medicine come from oversea, so there are some news about residuum of heavy metal and pesticides and toxic of wrong usage. 2. Totally collecting the detection technology and poisonous data of liver, kidney and other toxic which the chinese medicine has itself. 3. For the requirment of national industry need and necessary of executive managerment, it must collecting and detecting medicine in market which maybe have quality problem to gather the background value for authority of limited standard setup and direction of unusual medicine managerment 4. Combine every results of reseach, and coordinate connection work during information system buliding.
