中草藥產銷及進出口資訊之整合與管理

本計畫為跨年（1.2年）期資訊收集連續計畫，前兩個月成立「中草藥產銷及進出口資訊整合中心」，建立及建構相關資訊蒐集管道，並完成第一階段常用中藥材相關資訊之蒐集（包括中藥材於大陸區域性的資源分佈、藥材品質檢測資訊、中藥材肝腎毒性資訊、炮製加工技術與製藥工藝資訊）。後11個月是持續收集常用中草藥材之生產履歷，以及國內進出口中草藥商品資訊、中國大陸中成藥工業發展資訊，將上述這些資訊與其他計畫整合，建設中草藥網路商城建置網路，提供政府機關、產業界及民眾正確的中草藥用藥安全資訊，建構中藥製品具有安全性、有效性與經濟效益之國家高值產業，建立有效的中醫藥健康安全防護網路。

This plan is annual in order to step (1.2 years) Issues of information gathering plan in succession, it have three the more firsts to be on Chinas Mainland message that resource distribute 25 daily traditional Chinese medicinal materials of collecting in month, crude drugs quality measures the information, toxic information of traditional Chinese medicinal materials liver kidney, concoct the process technology and pharmacy craft information. The last 11 months are the production curriculum vitae collecting the daily Chinese herbal medicine material continuously, and import and export goods information of Chinese herbal medicine, Chinas Mainland Chinese patent drugs industrial development information at home, combine these above-mentioned information and other plans, build stores construction network of Chinese herbal medicine network, offer government bodies, industrial circle, people correct Chinese herbal medicine use medicine safe message, build and construct the national high value industry of having security, validity and economic benefits of the traditional Chinese medicine products, set up effective traditional Chinese medicine health safe protection network.
